Refunds for full priced items are issued to your original payment method. Refunds for regular sale items or items purchased with promotional codes can only be processed through a Gift Certificate to be used on our site. If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded. Jewelry items are considered final sale due to hygiene reasons. You are always welcome to request an exchange for full price items via our portal.
To return your order, please use our pre paid return label. Service as we can only refund items which are returned to us.
The items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise refunds & exchanges cannot be enforced.
All returns must be shipped within 30 days of being received. We can only refund for goods we receive that fit our terms.
Sale items: Are refunded via store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions.
Sale items over 35% off are final sale.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you.
Please use our exchange and return portal to request an exchange. Keep in mind, your item must be in perfect conditions and unrown with all security tags attached.

You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in USA will take 2-7 business days to arrive on standard shipping. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days on standard shipping. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.

Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
To minimise delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
